The Space

Kanaloa 1903 is a two-level penthouse with internal stairs leading up to the elevated main level — and it's this height that delivers the breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept main level features the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and modern appliances, and the spacious master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, also with a king bed, offers a private retreat on the main level. Upstairs, a cozy loft with two twin beds is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step out to your private oceanfront lanai for morning coffee or sunset cocktails — the sound of the waves is constant and mesmerizing. The kitchen has everything you need, and our coffee bar comes stocked with Keurig pods, local Kona coffee, and morning supplies to start your day right. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs throughout mean you can sign into your streaming accounts and unwind after a day of island exploration.

Guest Access & Amenities

You have the entire 1,746 sq ft unit to yourselves, plus full access to Kanaloa at Kona's resort amenities: three sparkling pools including a stunning oceanfront infinity-edge pool, hot tubs at each pool area, two lighted tennis and pickleball courts, six BBQ stations throughout the grounds, and beautifully landscaped tropical gardens across 16+ acres.

We provide beach equipment so you're ready from the moment you arrive: snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and beach towels. Covered parking is provided along with an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Good to Know

This is a two-level penthouse with internal stairs — there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility concerns. Air conditioning is provided; we ask that you keep the AC set at 75 °F or higher, as units struggle in the tropical environment when set lower.
