- Self check-in via keypad — entry code provided before arrival
- Government-issued photo ID required at front desk
- Front desk provides house rules, parking pass, and gate card
General Rules
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Maximum 8 guests
- Minimum renter age: 18 years
- No pets
The Unit
- Two-level penthouse with internal stairs — no elevator access to the main living level
- Please keep the air conditioning at 75 °F or higher; the system is designed for the tropical climate and performs best at moderate settings
Pool & Common Areas
- Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
- Please follow all posted pool rules
Parking
- Free covered parking — pass provided at check-in
- Gate card provided at the front desk
